Q: My subscription includes access to the digital edition. What is the process to access the digital edition?
1. Download the app onto your device.
2.For iPad: Tap the “All Access” tab at the top of the Store, or tap on “My Account” located on the bottom of the app and then “All Access.”

a.If you have already registered on vogue.com or another Condé Nast Web site you can use that e-mail address and password by tapping the button on the right hand side of the page. b.If you have not registered an email and password you can create one by filling in the fields for e-mail address and password. c.Tap the “submit” button when step 2 is completed.
5.A confirmation page will appear with instructions to return to the app Library to sign-in. Enter your e-mail address and password where it says “Sign in”. When the Library is done updating, your issues will be available for download.
For NOOK Color/Tablet:
If you currently subscribe to the print edition of VOGUE, you can enjoy your subscription on the NOOK Color/Tablet free every month.
1.Simply order your VOGUE subscription from bn.com or from your NOOK Color/Tablet using your bn.com account and begin your 14 day free trial.
2.After you submit your subscription order, you will receive an email from Barnes and Noble with instructions on how to link your print subscription to the tablet edition on your NOOK Color/Tablet.

Be sure that you completed all of the on screen instructions to complete both steps of the registration process then tapped the “submit” button.

Please try using that login to sign into the app where it says “sign in” on the upper left corner of the main screen. It is possible that you have already linked your print subscription with a tablet edition.

Tablet edition subscriptions will be automatically renewed until auto renewal is turned off. Otherwise, Apple and/or Amazon and/or Barnes and Noble will bill you at the beginning of each subscription period.
Q: Can I cancel a tablet edition subscription and receive a prorated refund for the time remaining?
No. You cannot cancel a tablet edition subscription in the middle of the period and receive a prorated refund.
General iPad Questions
Q: I am having general problems with my app.
You may need to restart the application by double tapping on the round home button on the bottom front of your iPad.
The apps that are running on your device will appear along the bottom row.
1.Hold down the icons until they “shake.” 2.Tap on the red circle to close the app and reset your application. This does not delete the app, but just stops it from running. 3.Double tap the home button again to return to all of your apps. 4.Re-open the app.
